MOSCOW, Feb 3 (PRIME) -- The government has to improve support instruments for investment in Russia’s regions, President Vladimir Putin told the Business Russia union of non-resource businesses on Thursday.
“We have to improve the instruments of support of investment activity in our regions, this is a fact,” he said.
The government also has to analyze the impact of its decisions, including work of investment loans.
“Out of the 5 billion rubles that the government encompassed for this support instrument, only 800 million rubles were spent and allocated, I think. It is obvious that this is not enough,” he said.
